I really like this one. I think the repetition of parts of phrases help to explain the meaning of the piece better. And I like the examples that give away what it is about. Well than, who wants to give it a whirl and tell me what they think?
If I close my eyes, I can see light
If I listen closely, there’s the pulse of the earth
Sweetness, allurement, in a state of confusion
The wind tears me apart
When one is to vanish, then two will vanish
The lamplight is a melody that shines life
The flowers fall apart on their own, so evanescent
History is a merry-go-round that spins around and around
Shuddering my tensed body and biting down on my lips
I gaze at the illusion
If I open my eyes, I can see light
If I cover my ears, there’s the pulse of the wind
Sweetness, allurement, in a state of anxiety
The wind surrounds me
When one is to vanish, then two will vanish
The soul is the melody that shines life
Flowers wilt from their buds, so evanescent
Earth is a merry-go-round that revolves around and around
Shuddering my trembling body and biting down on my lips
I gaze at the reality
Even if I reach out my hand, I can’t grasp
The little brilliance, in the waltz of you and me
The flowers fall apart on their own, so evanescent
History is a merry-go-round that spins around and around
Shuddering my tensed body and biting down on my lips
I gaze at the illusion
